I had to restore the site up after messing it up. That is why there is content missing from the end of August through September. Sorry for any inconveniences. We should be fully back up and ready to go now!
Conor McGregor On Mayweather – “Ronda And I Would Dismantle Him In Seconds”
UFC interim featherweight champion Conor McGregor was recently interviewed by The Guardian. Regarding a potential mega-fight with undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather, he had this to say:
Why would he take me on? If you’re talking about a fight that could generate half a billion—it’s this one. There’s never going to be another boxing fight like this. Only a cross-style match between Mayweather and me could generate that kind of interest and revenue.
So maybe it could happen. I would certainly be up for it. I am capitalising on every single opportunity. It’s a strong word, one of my favourite words: capitalise. I’m ready to capitalise on everything.
In a real fight I would dismantle him in seconds. Ronda would dismantle him in seconds—100 percent. When you don’t know how to grapple you don’t stand a chance.
For us, it’s like playing with a baby. People who don’t understand the sport cannot understand how vulnerable they are. There are always clinches and Ronda is a judo Olympian. She would throw Floyd on his head in a second. Me? I would knock him out. Cold.

UFC 189 Full Embedded Series + McGregor & Mendes Open Workouts
UFC 189 is just around the corner! For those who haven’t seen the highly entertaining embedded series which encapsulated the build up to this mega-fight, we have it here for you! It is well worth a watch!
I could be happy with a Mendes or a McGregor win, for different reasons. One thing I noticed though in Conor McGregor’s open workout video below, is that he was seemingly being beat up by his mit holder and grappling partner. It was a little weird to see. I’m wondering if anyone else saw this as well, or if it was just me.
Ok enough rambling. Enjoy the videos!
And if you simply can’t get enough, below is the UFC 189 press conference call.
This Saturday, July 11th it all goes down! See you there!

Anderson Silva Back In Gi, Training With Ricardo De La Riva
The two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts started training together in 2014. Anderson was looking to supplement his guard game in case he would need it against Nick Diaz at UFC 183.
“Ricardo De La Riva is the best in Jiu-Jitsu when it comes to the guard, in addition to being the master of my teachers. Sometimes when working on the ground, and work my guard I ask for help from Master De La Riva to sharpen my guard game” – Anderson Silva

UFC Allows Aldo To Be Berated By Fans For An Hour In Dublin
I have been watching the UFC for many years. I have also watched many pre-fight press conferences and post-fight press conferences. Never before have I seen anything like today’s UFC 189 “press conference” in Ireland.
Most notably, there was only one member of the press who asked a question.
For almost an hour the UFC allowed drunken fans to have a microphone and a world-wide stage to berate one of the most dominant champions in the UFC. Fans were allowed to curse Jose Aldo up and down. Conor MacGregor was allowed to snatch Jose Aldo’s belt off the table and hold it up for fans, without recompense.
Calling this event a press conference was a joke. Calling it a circus would be more fitting.
The poise and demeanor of Jose Aldo was staggering. He sat there and took every hit from the crowd like a professional.
I was a Conor MacGregor fan. Now I hope Aldo kicks his legs off.
PS. As a side note, Conor announces in the conference that he will not be doing No Gi worlds in Europe in April like he said he would.
