These are three of my favorite Mount Escapes! They work really well for me and I hope you can use them in your arsenal as well🤙
The first escape is useful if your opponent is low on the mount. Meaning they are closer to your hips than up under the arms.
The second is useful if your opponent is low on the mount or mid way.
The last Escape is for an opponent with a high mount. If you can get their arm trapped with your head and shoulder it makes for an easy escape. Be aware of the Armbar do not try and raise up right away after you hit it. Walk all the way around and bury down into the chest.
