Khabib Abdulmanapovich Nurmagomedov is an undefeated Russian mixed martial artist of Avar ethnicity. He is a two time Combat Sambo World Champion, a freestyle wrestler and a Judo black belt who currently fights in the Lightweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
He grew up fighting under his father’s tutelage and is known for wrestling bears as a child.

We all know Chuck Norris from Bruce Lee’s film Way Of The Dragon. Chuck is a real martial artist first and foremost, not an actor. But it seems that jiu jitsu isn’t his strongest suit. He’s invited the entire Gracie family for a seminar. And decides to fight Rickson Gracie. Not a wise choice. He gets chocked out within seconds.
If you are curious to see what it is like to roll with another person this video does a pretty darn good job capturing the feeling. You can’t feel the sweat, the pressure, or the fun, but it is still a fun concept and cool to watch!

The world premier of Combat Jiu-Jitsu Worlds (CJJW 1) crowns both a lightweight and bantamweight champion. As seen in past EBI events, the CJJ grappling format allows for palm strikes en route to the submission. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, UFC and Bellator standouts include Tyson Griffin, Vagner Rocha, Wilson Reis, Baret Yoshida, and Nathan Orchard. Combat Jiu-Jitsu worlds took place at Florentine Gardens on November 12th.
